Non-performing loans as a share of bank loans reached 4.68% in third quarter of 2024 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.03% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank loans in Uganda reached an all time high of 10.4% in 4Q2016 and an all time low of 1.30% in 1Q2005.
