Non-performing loans as a share of bank loans reached 1.97% in second quarter of 2024 in Iceland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 20.1% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank loans in Iceland reached an all time high of 5.85% in 4Q2015 and an all time low of 1.36% in 1Q2023.
