Non-performing loans as a share of bank equity reached 19.8% in second quarter of 2021 in Kazakhstan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 29.4% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank equity in Kazakhstan reached an all time high of 313% in 3Q2009 and an all time low of 19.8% in 2Q2021.
