Based on a comparison of 40 countries in September 2016, Switzerland ranked the highest in nominal effective exchange rate index (42 trading partners, 2005=100) m with 142 2005=100 followed by China and Slovakia. On the other end of the scale was Russia with 48.3 2005=100, Turkey with 52.7 2005=100 and Mexico with 58.0 2005=100.
