Net foreign assets reached USD -180 bil in 2020 in Italy, according to the National Central Bank. This is 17.0% less than in the previous year.
Historically, net foreign assets in Italy reached an all time high of USD 137 bil in 2009 and an all time low of USD -252 bil in 2018.
