Based on a comparison of 57 countries in 2019, Kazakhstan ranked the highest in net enrollment ratio in secondary education with 99.8% followed by Saudi Arabia and Oman. On the other end of the scale was Tanzania with 23.9%, Burundi with 27.5% and Madagascar with 29.8%.
