Mushroom and truffle production reached 12,198 tonnes in 2022 in Ukraine, according to Faostat. This is 41.2% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mushroom and truffle production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 20,760 tonnes in 2021 and an all time low of 2,000 tonnes in 1997.
