Mushroom and truffle production reached 78,160 tonnes in 2022 in Germany, according to Faostat. This is 6.73% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mushroom and truffle production in Germany reached an all time high of 83,800 tonnes in 2021 and an all time low of 9,100 tonnes in 1964.
