Mortgage loans reached USD 0.174 bil in December 2011 in Uganda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 4.61% less than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Uganda reached an all time high of USD 0.196 bil in May 2011 and an all time low of USD 0.129 bil in March 2011.
Uganda has been ranked 30th within the group of 36 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
