Mortgage loans reached USD 13.8 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Turkey, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.53% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Turkey reached an all time high of USD 54.9 bil in 4Q2014 and an all time low of USD 9.94 bil in 4Q2005.
Turkey has been ranked 17th within the group of 46 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
