Mortgage loans reached USD 1,045 bil in second quarter of 2023 in Switzerland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.83% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Switzerland reached an all time high of USD 1,065 bil in 4Q2020 and an all time low of USD 242 bil in 2Q2001.
