Mortgage loans reached USD 266 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Sweden, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.32% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Sweden reached an all time high of USD 430 bil in 4Q2021 and an all time low of USD 66.8 bil in 4Q2001.
