Mortgage loans reached USD 535 bil in February 2023 in Spain, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.38% less than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Spain reached an all time high of USD 1,017 bil in June 2008 and an all time low of USD 257 bil in January 2003.
