Mortgage loans reached USD 3.62 bil in 2017 in Serbia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 17.8% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Serbia reached an all time high of USD 3.79 bil in 2013 and an all time low of USD 0.081 bil in 2003.
