Mortgage loans reached USD 2.36 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Namibia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.12% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Namibia reached an all time high of USD 3.05 bil in 1Q2018 and an all time low of USD 1.91 bil in 1Q2010.
