Mortgage loans reached USD 8.94 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Cyprus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.53% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Cyprus reached an all time high of USD 25.8 bil in 2Q2011 and an all time low of USD 8.06 bil in 3Q2022.
