Mortgage loans reached USD 0.112 bil in first quarter of 2023 in Bhutan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.19% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Bhutan reached an all time high of USD 0.239 bil in 1Q2016 and an all time low of USD 0.072 bil in 4Q2017.
