Mortgage loans reached USD 7.89 bil in fourth quarter of 2023 in Bangladesh, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.89% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Bangladesh reached an all time high of USD 8.22 bil in 4Q2022 and an all time low of USD 1.60 bil in 2Q2014.
