Mortgage loans reached UAH 43.2 bil in second quarter of 2024 in Ukraine, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.6% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Ukraine reached an all time high of UAH 102 bil in 3Q2009 and an all time low of UAH 3.75 bil in 1Q2006.
