Mortgage loans reached TRY 446 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Turkey, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.41% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Turkey reached an all time high of TRY 447 bil in 3Q2023 and an all time low of TRY 13.4 bil in 4Q2005.
