Mortgage loans reached TRY 439 bil in 2023 in Turkey, according to the National Central Bank. This is 21.7% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Turkey reached an all time high of TRY 439 bil in 2023 and an all time low of TRY 13.4 bil in 2005.
