Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Tanzania

Mortgage loans reached TNS 443 bil in 2022 in Tanzania, according to the National Central Bank. This is 21.8% less than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Tanzania reached an all time high of TNS 567 bil in 2021 and an all time low of TNS 403 bil in 2015.
