Mortgage loans reached SEK 2,833 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Sweden, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.511% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Sweden reached an all time high of SEK 4,054 bil in 1Q2023 and an all time low of SEK 713 bil in 4Q2001.
