Mortgage loans reached KRW 484,516 bil in second quarter of 2023 in South Korea, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.94% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in South Korea reached an all time high of KRW 484,516 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of KRW 241,577 bil in 1Q2009.
