Mortgage loans reached EUR 8.13 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Slovenia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.45% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Slovenia reached an all time high of EUR 9.39 bil in 2Q2022 and an all time low of EUR 1.05 bil in 4Q2004.
Slovenia has been ranked 53rd within the group of 63 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
