Mortgage loans reached EUR 35.3 bil in February 2023 in Slovakia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 15.3% less than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Slovakia reached an all time high of EUR 41.7 bil in January 2023 and an all time low of EUR 3.99 bil in January 2006.
Slovakia has been ranked 21st within the group of 37 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
