Mortgage loans reached PLN 443 bil in third quarter of 2023 in Poland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.552% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Poland reached an all time high of PLN 504 bil in 4Q2022 and an all time low of PLN 31.3 bil in 1Q2004.
