Mortgage loans reached PKR 223 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Pakistan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.21% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Pakistan reached an all time high of PKR 426 bil in 4Q2020 and an all time low of PKR 74.8 bil in 4Q2014.
