Mortgage loans reached NPR 368 bil in fourth quarter of 2023 in Nepal, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.50% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Nepal reached an all time high of NPR 368 bil in 4Q2023 and an all time low of NPR 138 bil in 3Q2016.
