Mortgage loans reached NAD 44.7 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Namibia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.250% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Namibia reached an all time high of NAD 44.8 bil in 4Q2023 and an all time low of NAD 14.6 bil in 1Q2010.
