Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Mexico

Mortgage loans reached MXN 1,331 bil in 2023 in Mexico, according to the National Central Bank. This is 9.31% more than in the previous year.

Historically, mortgage loans in Mexico reached an all time high of MXN 2,709 bil in 2021 and an all time low of MXN 173 bil in 2005.
