Mortgage loans reached MKD 132 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Macedonia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.12% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Macedonia reached an all time high of MKD 132 bil in 1Q2024 and an all time low of MKD 30.5 bil in 1Q2009.
