Mortgage loans reached LVL 3.56 bil in December 2013 in Latvia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.15% less than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Latvia reached an all time high of LVL 4.19 bil in January 2012 and an all time low of LVL 3.56 bil in December 2013.
