Mortgage loans reached EUR 455 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Italy, according to the National Central Bank. This is 0.935% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Italy reached an all time high of EUR 490 bil in 4Q2022 and an all time low of EUR 217 bil in 4Q2005.
