Mortgage loans reached HKD 2,520 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Hong Kong, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.43% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Hong Kong reached an all time high of HKD 2,558 bil in 2Q2023 and an all time low of HKD 2,520 bil in 1Q2024.
Hong Kong has been ranked 10th within the group of 63 countries we follow in terms of mortgage loans.
