Mortgage loans reached XAF 15.7 bil in fourth quarter of 2023 in Equatorial Guinea, according to the National Central Bank. This is 32.3% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Equatorial Guinea reached an all time high of XAF 19.2 bil in 3Q2015 and an all time low of XAF 5.99 bil in 1Q2010.
