Mortgage loans reached XAF 15.7 bil in December 2023 in Equatorial Guinea, according to the National Central Bank. This is 33.5% more than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Equatorial Guinea reached an all time high of XAF 19.5 bil in October 2015 and an all time low of XAF 5.44 bil in February 2010.
