Mortgage loans reached CRC 6,371 bil in 2023 in Costa Rica, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.87% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Costa Rica reached an all time high of CRC 6,559 bil in 2022 and an all time low of CRC 2,018 bil in 2008.
