Mortgage loans reached XAF 41.1 bil in December 2023 in Congo, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.26% less than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans in Congo reached an all time high of XAF 44.3 bil in April 2023 and an all time low of XAF 5.13 bil in January 2010.
