Mortgage loans reached XAF 21.4 bil in fourth quarter of 2023 in Chad, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.6% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Chad reached an all time high of XAF 25.4 bil in 1Q2014 and an all time low of XAF 8.51 bil in 3Q2020.
