Mortgage Loans (Local Currency) in Chad

Mortgage loans reached XAF 21.4 bil in December 2023 in Chad, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.52% more than in the previous month.

Historically, mortgage loans in Chad reached an all time high of XAF 25.4 bil in March 2014 and an all time low of XAF 8.13 bil in February 2021.
