Mortgage loans reached XAF 65.3 bil in fourth quarter of 2023 in Cameroon, according to the National Central Bank. This is 32.9% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Cameroon reached an all time high of XAF 65.3 bil in 4Q2023 and an all time low of XAF 7.02 bil in 4Q2015.
