Mortgage loans reached BRL 1,082 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Brazil, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.21% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Brazil reached an all time high of BRL 1,082 bil in 1Q2024 and an all time low of BRL 26.0 bil in 1Q2005.
