Mortgage loans reached BTN 9.09 bil in 2022 in Bhutan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.66% more than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans in Bhutan reached an all time high of BTN 15.5 bil in 2015 and an all time low of BTN 4.60 bil in 2017.
