Mortgage loans reached BYR 13,826 bil in first quarter of 2024 in Belarus, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.17% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Belarus reached an all time high of BYR 13,826 bil in 1Q2024 and an all time low of BYR 4,976 bil in 3Q2015.
