Mortgage loans reached BDT 868 bil in fourth quarter of 2023 in Bangladesh, according to the National Central Bank. This is 2.66% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans in Bangladesh reached an all time high of BDT 868 bil in 4Q2023 and an all time low of BDT 124 bil in 2Q2014.
