Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 29.9% in 2017 in Lithuania, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.86% less than in the previous year.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Lithuania reached an all time high of 47.2% in 2014 and an all time low of 3.87% in 1999.
