Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 0.500% in August 2021 in Cameroon, according to the National Central Bank. This is 7.51% less than in the previous month.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Cameroon reached an all time high of 0.566% in December 2012 and an all time low of 0.221% in December 2015.
