Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 16.3% in first quarter of 2022 in Brunei, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.11% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Brunei reached an all time high of 16.8% in 1Q2021 and an all time low of 10.6% in 3Q2010.
