Mortgage loans as a share of bank loans reached 40.3% in fourth quarter of 2021 in Belgium, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.6% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, mortgage loans as a share of bank loans in Belgium reached an all time high of 46.6% in 1Q2021 and an all time low of 29.5% in 2Q2010.
